OVERVIEW and TIMELINE:
The Humantics Foundation advertises it was ‘resurrected’ in 1996.
Its missions/purposes (as stated on Guidestar.org) are:
1) To support for those harmed by breast implants,
2) and other silicone products.
3) provide up to the moment information on all aspects of breast implants
4) with special emphasis on all possible ways for those harmed to regain their health.
5) provide breast implant removal funds for those with no other resources.

In 1963 the original non-profit was called the Calvery Ranch – School For Boys.  (See  *1963 original incorporation document below).

In 1993 there was a ‘name change’ filed with the State of California to change the name from “Teen N’Trouble to Humantics Foundation.  It is unknown however when the name was changed from Calvery Ranch to Teen N’Trouble, as no records indicate there was a change. (See  *1993 name change document below).

In 1998 paperwork shows the Humantics Foundation was ‘resurrected’ from it’s long dormant non-profit status, with a new focus and new officers (See *1998 letter from IRS below)

ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION:

The Articles of Incorporation on file with the IRS for the Humantics Foundation still refer to the operation of the ranch for teenage boys and appears not to comply with California Corporations Code Section 5130-5134.  Board member names in the Articles of Incorporation are the same 5 people as from 1963.

No by-laws were found anywhere from 1993 to present.
No by-laws were found that outlines member and directors’ annual meeting, quarterly board meetings, voting, officer duties, salaries, committees, order of business.  Additionally, the biennial filing requirement of California Corporations Code Section 6210 appears not to have been complied with; particularly notice given to Section 6210 (1)(a) where the requirement is for an actual residence address of the CFO.
No by-laws were found which outlines membership qualifications and benefits (however, $7,000 was listed on the 1999 Form 990, Line 11 ‘Benefits paid to or for members’.

The address on file for the Director/CFO is Pacific Postal Services (a  mail-drop service).  Although the Director is listed as the Agent for Service (using this mail-drop address) she  resides in Costa Rica a great deal of the time, returning to California intermittently, since 2001.  The telephone number listed for Humantics Foundation is a voice mail.  (*See:  Professional Comments Regarding This
