I would like a copy of the Articles of Incorporation, the Declaration of Trust,  By-Laws  (CHECK CA SEC OF STATE FOR REQUIREMENTS) and in lieu of a 990 for the previous three (3) years a copy of  the audited fiscal year financial report.  Board notes.  I understand that the first page copy is $1,00 and $.15 per page there after.  In anticipation, I am enclosing $5.00 which should cover the cost of reproduction and mailing.  [Note:  The envelope was signed for by the mail drop service at 1380 Garnet, but no response was forthcoming]
