Ilena Rosenthal - Court denied her motion for assignment. Link to quote Link to quote Rosenthal doesn't know right from wrong, truth from untruth. She continues to lie and defame others. What does she hope to gain? She can't collect any money in the lawsuit because she assigned anything that can be collected to her attorney's office. Now she is cross-posting all of her insane rants to numerous usenet groups just to get more bang for the buck. I hope that the readers of the alt.support.breast-implant take a long hard look at her actions and do spend some time looking at the links below. Maybe the lawyers who cruise the misc.legal group might want to put in their two cents and come up with a solution to finally put an end to the insane rants of the Ilena Rosenthal's of the world. Ilena Rosenthal, despite what the court ruled, definitely knew what she was doing from day one, and knew that Tim Bolen was a pathological liar. As far as the role of Carlos Negrete, a lawyer in California, in all of this, he is still being sued by Dr. Stephen Barrett, and I believe that this will now go forward rather quickly. Ilena Rosenthal has never, to this day, admitted that what she did was wrong, and that she and Tim Bolen's actions have served to destroy the reputations of many people. As far as Tim Bolen is concerned, his lies continue, and he will eventually self-destruct. His targets have been individuals, the press, authors, and if given the chance he would probably try to destroy the reputation of everyone else that's significant to him. I would classify him as a pathological liar, but that would probably too kind. Ilena Rosenthal falls into the same mold as Mr. Bolen. She has appeared on numerous Internet radio podcasts with her drivel about the quackbusters. But the most frightening thing about her is that she claims to represent victims of the breast implant industry. I pity anyone who claims to suffer serious side effects of silicon breast implants who believes that Rosenthal is the one who would lead them to any further redress. I suggest that the followers of Ilena Rosenthal and Tim Bolen need to review the following links to be certain that they want to still believe and support these liars and defamers. Whatever Bolen says, Rosenthal believes. But, her original and all of her thousands of subsequent statements that targeted people like me are still indeed defamatory and libelous. There is no doubt in my mind that her deliberate lies and those made by Tim Bolen and their supporters will eventually come back to haunt them. The lawsuit against Carlos Negrete, the lawyer who has a long list of losing positions over the years, still stands, as does the lawsuit against Hulda Clark et. al. He will most likely have to face the courts himself one day soon. It doesn't matter to me whether or not I am part of the continuing battle against Ilena Rosenthal. What matters is that the truth be recognized by a court of justice, and that the California system of laws that protect innocent people from defamation and libel be upheld.
